So, for my cables, I try to measure them pretty close to the length I need for the standing desk with maybe an extra foot or so. And to mount them, I use Cable Tie Mounting Bases (though I change the 2-sided tape that came with them with stronger 2-sided tape) and tape these to the back of the upper half of the table legs since the lower half is overlapped by the upper half when in sitting mode. I zip tie my cables using the mounts down the back of the leg, but I don't zip them super tight, I want a little bit of flex to let them slide if need be. When I lower the desk, the cables slide down to the ground and usually slide behind the PC tower, so they aren't really noticeable. So it works out just fine. I know this doesn't paint a clear picture, but hopefully this gives you something to think about. And I usually can't sit more than an hour, so most of my time is standing. I raise and lower my desk multiple times throughout the day and have no issues.

I got them from Ebay, which isn't the best place to get figures, but it's a bit hard to find these figures. That being said, there are A LOT of knock offs on this figure. Pictures are important, location of figures is important, seller is important. One of the biggest indicators of being a knock off is the quality of the silver rivets on the outfit. The shape should be well defined, silver color clear, and it should have a blue tint inside them. Hair is another indicator, I find a lot knock offs have jagged edges or overly melted hair. Also note, people steal pictures of these figures from MFC or instagram, etc, to pose as their own. Either which way, there is a lot of risk to it; but at the same time good sellers with the legit figure exists. That is a tough question. Personally, I am not a 100% fan of either. Milsbo would be an amazing case if the door didn't have a thick frame which blocks all the figures or objects you put in the center of the shelves. And I find the Blaliden too small for my liking, it makes objects in them look cramped. But it really all depends on what you are putting in them. I just got a new display case that I'll be building for my next video that doesn't suffer from these problem, but not sure if it's a replacement yet because it has different problems. I know none of this helps you, so use your best judgement. And don't limit yourself to IKEA.

Completely agree, adding any kind of color and even texture to the background would look much better than a plain wall background or shelf.

Completely agree, I do lack a sound system. My previous TV was a older cheaper LED which had bad speakers, so moving to the speakers in this TV were night and day difference. But it does lack that theater sound. Maybe upgrading its sound is something I do next.

I use Adobe Premiere for my video editing, and use Seemless Transitions Plugin by Replayer to assist with the transitions.

Completely agree. It's good to turn it all on once and a while; but most of the time the LEDs are off.

@@quis398 AIDA64 is a common piece of software people use on it to get all the cool monitoring. For me, I use it checklists that I setup for daily tasks for day, work, or hobbies. It's easy to track my schedule for the day on the lower monitor.
