If the black hole part did happen it would disappear instantly. This is because for every atom consumed by a black hole, one anti atom will escape and fly away from the black hole and vice versa. This means black holes lose more than they consume. When a black hole that small exists, hawking radiation will cause it to vanish nearly instantly.
