Hux’s betrayal would work if General Pryde didn’t exist and if Kylo Ren’s bad decisions led to the First Order’s downfall, so Hux would betray it because « The First Order is not what it once was. ». It could have at least been a somehow believable reason for him to betray the First Order. But it would have fit better if Hux wasn’t made incompetent in The Last Jedi, and if he was genuinely disappointed with Kylo Ren’s government. It would be like a worker of a grand company disappointed with the new young leader.

In regards to Maria Hill being killed off immediately. Imagine if it was a Hill centered episode, she’s director of SHIELD on Earth while Fury directs SWORD and tasks Hill with investigating the increasing threat discovered by the fake Hill and Fury in the throw away line during Far From Home when Happy calls to warn them. She ends up dying when she discovers the extant of the plot and how deep it goes, but manages to activate a distress beacon before dying, bringing Fury back down to Earth because his top agent and protege was killed. It would have played so much better even if it’s still killing a character with barely any screen time.

Eternals dont have sense in many ways. For example eternals are technicaly a biomachines created by godlike beings. And somehow one of them is extremely flawed. Flawed beyond option to even be a warrior. You cannot be deaf on battlefield.

So in most fictional media, the way they deal with polytheistic ideas is gods typically take on the forms of which they are worshiped and can exist within multiple beings. I mostly use elder scrolls, as an example, but the best way to put it is. It would be like if you went by one name and someone called you another name. There would then be a person by that name that they called you.That now exists and has all of the same characteristics as you besides the name.

In the end, the high evolutionary didn’t create his own utopia because he didn’t allow for his people to grow and develop for themselves. The guardians and their city came much closer to this, because everyone, even the ‘lower life forms’ and ‘mistakes’ were treated as people and given the space to become. This also why the inclusion of Adamis so important, it represents how the guardians appreciates everyone’s innate worth. As everyone deserves a second chance. Eventually this pays off as Adam turns over a new leaf through the birth of Adam. The Zoom turning to the 2000’s represents a new era, again growth but this ime not through pain and hardship but support and community. The dog days are over perfectly fits this song as they leave the hard times behind them and move forward, together This movie is about endings, but endings in a sense of a new place from where growth occurs. A place of revelation and closure, ushering in an ee phase of their lives. Death is not the theme of this movie.

The ONLY problem with this is that THIS iteration of the JL with a Superman, Aquaman, Batman doesn’t exist yet in the DCU. They are all still on their solo journey’s. However I do believe that the current Justice League is the one we’ll see in Superman ran by maxwell lord. Green Lantern, mr terrific etc

What annoys me about a lot of the “fanbase” is they seem to almost want marvel to fail. I havent been a fan for a couple years now. Cap and Doomsday has made me interested to come back so I really hope they nail this
