Welcome to our channel. In today's video we will be making a classic guyanese style chicken foot souse recipe.
Ingredients:
To pressure your chicken foot
8 Cups Water
3 LBS Chicken Foot
4 Large Clove Garlic
4 To 5 Stems Thyme
2 TSP Adobo
2 TSP Chicken Bouillon
TO make the souse
4 Cup Water
3 Small Cumber
1 Mediume Red onion
1 Mediume Onion
5 To 6 Roots Scallion
1 To 2 Stems Celery Leaves
2 Hot Pepper (one red and one green)
4 TBSP White Vinegar
1 1/2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/2 TBSP Complete Seasoning
1/2 TBSP Garlic Salt (If you are using regular salt just use 1 TSP )
