Thank you so much! I have a very healthy life style with diet and exercise. No alcohol no smoking. Ive done tons of research and yet I tend to have high blood pressure...I read a tip of having a handful of apricots(hi in potassium)and omg my reading was the best ever...maybe a fluke this one incident but I really am going to work at seriously increasing potassium! I have been very successful at finding solutions for any health problems without a doctors help. Im up in age(look much younger)ex pro dancer and I am hell bent on solving this one problem. More thanks for giving me hope!

Uh.. Hey Doc? Dave Clayton? I found this: Beta-sitosterol is not the same as saw palmetto, but it is often found in saw palmetto supplements. Saw palmetto is a plant extract that contains beta-sitosterol as one of its bioactive compounds. Beta-sitosterol is a type of phytosterol, which is a plant sterol that can help support prostate health and urinary function. Saw palmetto supplements typically include beta-sitosterol along with other components to enhance their effectiveness. (And don't forget stinging nettle!!)

Dead lifts should be banned from planet earth as most people do them incorrectly and injure themselves. As a practicing Chiropractor for 45 years I saw more injuries from deadlifts than any other cause. Lots of ways to safe ways to load your axial skeleton without dead lifts.

I followed this advice and took a lycopene supplement for 6 months and my PSA went up by 30%, I stopped the lycopene for 1 month and my PSA fell back 15%, others have reported similar effects. So don't be surprised if this happens.

The general population in most countries have never heard of all those "gourmet" salts, and obviously do not have access to them, and probably could not afford them. We do not use salt to cure a medical condition. No matter what minerals are in our food, we still need salt for baking and seasoning. We just want a natural, not overly processed salt.

Pray for me, so GOD can give me the talent of healing, like when I was younger. but this time, I was diagnosed with diabetes, but I don't believe the devils report, I believe GOD more, this time I want GOD to give me the talent to pray for people to be healed in the name of Jesus Christ and to heal me as well from diabetes and high blood pressure. He has the power above all principalities on heaven and earth. There is nothing impossible for GOD.

I don't add salt or sugar into my food or my coffee. I am not on a Pacific diet. I just know that it's easy for me to gain weight. I guess I could cook with salt, but most of the time, I don't. I just use sweet spices.

She needs HRT! dont deny the benefits of estrogen and progesterone . I don't know how old she is but in my family we all take hrt and dexa scan shows bones at full levels, meaning like a 20 year old! HRT helps with energy, so one can go to gym and have a good appetite for quality foods. trust me, HRT is the best way.

My testosterone is low, DHT is normal, estrogen is normal, PSA is normal. Lycopene does nothing. I need 4-5 beta sitosterol capsules per day. I happened to add about 1 mg per day of manganese supplement for something else and voila. Manganese is needed to make Superoxide Dismutase - anti inflammatory anti free radical. Check your patient's manganese level. What causes the inflammation in the prostate -? I believe it is caused by the urine which leaks into the gland. Another thing to check: what % of males with BPH also have atrial fibrillation ?

Nothing we eat can change the pH of our blood. That is strictly regulated by our lungs and kidneys and it always stays between 7.35 and 7.45. The blood is what determines our body’s pH, not urine. The pH of urine in a healthy human being can range between 5 and 8 and should do so to prevent infections. Chris Kresser did a 2 part video series on this

I was searching on how to clean rock salt to make it safe to consume, but your video popped up. I love the information you gave about salt. My daughter, who is vegan, swears by Himalayan pink salt because of the "minerals", which is why I bought some in the first place. That didn't go well! I will never ingest Himalayan Pink Salt again. I bought some, licked my finger and got about 20-25 grains of salt on my finger and literally within minutes I was vomiting. I have no idea why it went against me so violently. (Maybe interacted with my medications? Although I doubt that's the reason) The taste was fine but my stomach said aw heII no! I will stick to table salt, flake salt and Kosher salt. And lastly, it takes too much time to clean natural salt....I'll stick to buying it.
