I hate how plain chicken breast can be. This is a great idea to spice it up!

Getting in enough protein is 90% how you season it so it doesn't feel like a chore

Looks really good. I wonder how this as a burger instead of stir fry would be.

It's awesome. Did it that way with some 90/10 ground sirloin recently

Would these also be good to do before training back because my forearms always get tight from back day?
@AllStrengthTraining15 күн бұрын
The stretching drills, yes - the banded work I would say to save for after so you don't fatigue grip

Can't wait to try these. No elbow pain yet but it's probably a good way to prevent it from coming sooner.

Definitely easy enough to add in between sets as a preventative measure

No one realizes how much food you need to eat put on muscle. Also someone should eat all of this one day as a challenge.
@AllStrengthTraining22 күн бұрын
It's a lot harder to hit a super high carb day like this when you keep fat low - I think this was less than 40g of fat for the whole day. Takes a lot more real food and not nearly as easy as just crushing ice cream and French fries

I've only ever used straps so this was very informative. Have you ever tried Versa Grips? Any opinions on those?
@AllStrengthTraining22 күн бұрын
I'm not a huge fan but that's just a personal preference. Some people love them and they're sort of a middle ground between standard straps and the Haulin Hooks

This is good news to me. Does this mean I get to slam pancakes after every workout?
@AllStrengthTraining29 күн бұрын
I mean, if there was a time to slam pancakes 🥞 then post-workout would be the time to do it

Really good video. Appreciate that you showed how measurements done need to be exact. It makes cooking more approachable. I've always added cilantro, oil and lime to cooked rice. I'm going to try adding it while cooking next time. It seems easier.
@AllStrengthTraining29 күн бұрын
@xtfitzgerald I absolutely recommend adding it during cooking instead of after. Much better distribution of the flavor from the lime and cilantro - adding it after just isn't quite the same

The old school way of doing things before pit sharks.

Kids today with their pit sharks will never know the very real danger of pinching all your man parts in a dip belt while trying to set this up 🤣

Could you use this as a finisher to a workout?
@AllStrengthTrainingАй бұрын
Depending on the goal - for power development it would be better placed earlier, but for metabolic work using it as a finisher would work for sure
