Cinematic sound? That's about as empty and processed as your hair 'stylist'. Your jump cuts should come with an epilepsy warning, and your rambling is a warning&cry for help itself. Like the ultimate youtube poser...who displays his gear more obtusely than a plexiglass, walk in closet in the dinning room. Rock on, via a 412, in a room smaller than my hot water heater has. You earned a thumbs up, because you're EXACTLY like every other youtuber poser. Nothing more metal than fishing for likes, with more money in gear than actual players have in their cars and homes. Stay 'real', like 007 doing product placement, (foo yuck!). PS, I like the amp.

Hey there! Thanks for watching and for your feedback. I'm glad you like the amp - it truly is amazing, isn't it? As a professional musician focusing primarily on studio work, my sound naturally leans towards that polished, 'cinematic' style you mentioned. But don't worry, I still love cranking it through a 4x12 when the mood strikes! Regarding my appearance and studio setup - they're simply part of who I am and how I work. My compact studio is a space I've crafted over years to be both functional and visually appealing for videos. The gear you see represents over 30 years of hard work, focus, and dedication to my craft. Each piece tells a story of my journey as a musician. My editing style, including the jump cuts, is intentional - it's designed to keep the content engaging and concise. I appreciate your feedback on this, though it seems to work well for most viewers. I'm not fishing for likes or doing product placement - I bought this amp with my own money because I genuinely love it. There's no affiliation with PRS for this video. My goal is simply to share my experiences and hopefully inspire others along the way. Music is a journey, and we're all at different stages. What you see as success is the result of years of persistent hard work and passion. I'm just grateful to be able to share that journey. Thanks again for watching, and I hope you have an awesome day!

Ive always lik3d the staggering muffled scales, licks, riffs as your/my fingers as the acelerate up THE b string. The G string, well. I'll keep that a hush.

£600. I guessed this price before i knew it was a FR Special. That'll need replacing after a few string change. I'm guessing Ash is a cheap wood, it seems to be widely used on budget guitars.

How difficult is it to change strings on a Floyd, really? Isn't it worth it to have almost perfect tuning stability? I think so. I have Floyd guitars blocked for gigging, in situations where no whammy is required, just to stay in tune. That tuning stability is priceless.

May I make a suggestion? Play for a minute or two first, then give a short, brief rundown. Play some more and list the signal chain as a scrolling line at the bottom a la Pete Thorn. You can add a few talking points here and there. I wound up skipping half or more of the video to get to the meat.

A-haaahhhhh ! Finally a review. I got mine in June this year; here in Germany for 326€. It looks and feels absolute fantastic. Little budget-faults (binding-paint w. not a clean edge...), just don't really matter... It stays in tune for a VERY long time. The pickups do a great job Fretboard great, neck just right, not as thin as Jackson, for example (i love my Kelly, anyway!) Fast attack, incredible Sustain (don't want/have to buy a FR Fat Brass)... Don't know where to stop. (Not only) for this price, the BEST i EVER had ! (had: Fender Strat '80 Charvel Randy Rhoads '90 ESP Horizon '92 (ok that also a gem...) Jackson Kelly 2011.) Brings my ENGL Thunder to glow in the dark (ok, there is also a MXR 108 in the effects-loop 😉). Try and BUY ! Metal !!! 🎸🎸🎸

@@jfo3000 I just don't like how everybody's turned commercial. Everybody acts like they have to read from a script and make hands gestures and smile and its gross. We're a bunch of dudes we just want to see some other dude play guitar and mess with his gear. We don't want to see a commercial selling garbage. Leave the advertising to the corporations and the marketers.

Guys, you can get great stuff if your expectations and what you request has to be photographed. If you want upgrades, make sure you see them selling other guitars with that feature. Fret nibs are a good example. Expect to replace pickups. That is how i bought mine. Find a good deal on some killer pickups and then choose a guitar to accentuate you real parts. I had some Gibson 57 classics, cream plastic, gold covers...i decided to make a guitar that loves playing blues. Looking at hulls and bodies, for $200, Chibsons can be the best option. I got a bound neck, fret nibs, 8lbs, 3 ounces, the blueburst and gold hardware...for $210, including taxes and shipping, i got a beautiful guitar that sounds so freaking good...great value, just go ib with a plan

Seems like a great piece of gear at that price, I was thinking it was about triple what it costs. Suppose it's a little surprising the back cavity is two pieces, seems it would be cheaper to just do it in one and more convenient. Hard to be a stickler for its sticker though, rock on Jay!

Ed's sound was never just a plexi, components were changed, there were a combination of different types of speakers and the Variac which changed the voltage. Let's also remember that every Marshall especially back then sounded different because components would change based on what they had on hand which would change. PRS and EVH as well as Hendrix shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence.

If you have fret rock should definitely send the guitar back no matter what guitar it is. Don’t let any company get away with that. It’s the most important part of the guitar.
