The problem is that these parents, including my own, try to rewrite history to their favor thinking that the children (even at adulthood) are naive to what really happened. And on top of that, as the children of narcissist parents, we think maybe “that” really didn’t happen or did it? It takes a lifetime to unravel the truth and sometimes it’s too late for forgiveness to happen.

Your insights are so forgiving and unfortunately all said, Amy said it best..she sold her half to Matt knowing the land would go to family sooner than later. Matt has not does his best. Love you both

I just love this couple, but Zach is my favorite, he is so truthful, he admits his faults, his wife wants to give his all As but he do not mine taking some Bs sometimes. Jackson is soooo smart, he love going out with his dad, good answer, so cute. Love your podcast, i think its the best I’ve watch by far.

Tori I mean this in the most loving way because I love watching you guys; please let Zach talk and finish his sentences. This whole Q&A was about him answering the questions and I fell as you kept interrupting him. Since the beginning of the podcast and reading all the comments people made in the beginning of you not letting him talk you've done better so keep it up and let him finish his whole thoughts. We're all getting to know this whole new side from him that is very interesting, so please allow us to know him better by letting him talk. ❤

So adorable, you can tell she knows all of the dance, but just wasn't ready for the big stage. She'll let you know if she wants to dance again in the fall. Word of advice, put the dress and the shoes away, along with the program. Many years from now it will be a precious memory!

I loved Zach giving us personal information on his relationship with his father. I can totally relate, it's so hard when you have to set your own boundaries with family that you have put up with their controlling ways for so many years.

I definitely understand estrangement w/ family members. Due to abuse growing up, by the hands of my biological father (multiple types), I was estranged from him 15 yrs prior to his suicide, now from my mother who, it seems has blamed me for his abuse. So much ridiculous dysfunction I just want peace and a semblance of normalcy. I totally understand! Wishing you peace & happiness!

I think time is good to take a break. But remember, one day there will be more time to reconcile. Your father also needs to take responsibility for it. You are both follower of Christ. Look to His example. I pray for you both.

Zach you should fiorgive your dad for buying the land that you wanted at Roloff Farms.
