The TRX can do so many movements but when starting out there are certain exercises that all beginners need to know and here are 5 of them. TRX teaches 7 types of movement which are plank, pull, hinge, push, squat, lunge and rotate. So when creating a workout you are aiming to incorporate as many of these into your session plan. These 5 exercises hit most of these movements.

Thank you for this. Would you make a similar video about TRX DUO for beginners and progressions (including full pull up), orderly sequenced (eg. from fully lengthened to fully shortened or the other way around). Thank you.
