Hey Bob, do you remember if the cockpit in the Battle Hawk is high resolution or not? Because looks like minecraft when I tried the battle hawk in the test map hahah. Do you know if there is a high resolution pack that I need to download?

Could I ask about IFF on this? Does it have Radar IFF? I've teamkilled two people by mistake so far, and before I ruin more peoples experiences, I'd like to figure that out.

The radar got butchered thos update do not use it. Instead try to use the camera sight

@NissanR397 no HMS is helmet mounted sight. It is when the radar follows your center of your camera. Which also allows you to slave your missile seeker aswell

Hinds or iirc they were nicknamed "Crocodile" by the Soviets, "Flying BMP" might another name that I nvr heard about, I digress. Hinds are one of my fav attack choppers, yea their big, heavy, kind of a boat to turn, yea their slightly ugly with their inherent asymmetry, but these things really look oddly satisfying and charming. I wish the Russians would've made a brand new from scratch Hind for the modern BF but they went with the Havoc which just looks like an Apache copy, can't blame em, can only do so much with a design.

@@mab2187 yeah they mostly moved on from that design. Some countries use it still to this day. Pakistan purchased some mi35s recently alongside the Z10 as well. They did try to upgrade them with the mi-35 line. I think they still have some of them in service to this day

Now this was a well made review! GEd it like a degenerate, love the look of it and quite like flying this chonker after flinging the lynx/apache/k50 about. However I am not enjoying grinding out the modules, it’s proving to be incredibly slow and painful. You do get the 80x s8k rockets and 4x Zt3 stock but taking even 7.62 to the fuselage means you have no ability to fire any weapons nor countermeasures. With the lack of A2A weaponry I feel it could be 10.0 and maybe even get away with having zt6 at its current Br. Will have to see how it feels after I have finished the module grind and if it gets a better damage model.

I wish I rich enough to get someone to design a super super hind with maws infinite flares, spikes but good, you can have 24 missiles because I actually used all the pilons, aim120s are strapped in the soldiers transport room and they throw them out to fire, the gun is upgraded to a gau8 turret. Is that really too much to ask🥺🥺

The Superhind is going to be fantastic for Heli PVE. The inability to carry a full load of rockets or missiles on the other Mi-24s really hampers them, and even the Mi-35 suffers from this due to having only 4 weapon mounts. I may have to get this one someday. My only gripe is that the 20mm isn’t my favorite of the common autocannons mounted on helicopters, but it can still work.

I really want this for PVE but after a test drive and a bunch of PVE matches recently, the missile's seem like they'll be far too slow. With the recent sales (I got the Ka-50 during) there are a lot of Ka-50's and Apaches flying right now and I swear every time my missile is about to hit someone else gets it. With how slow the Super Hind's is, I could see it being a rough ride once bases to bomb stop spawning. I'm leaning towards the Pakistan Mi-35M for this reason as well as the British Heli Tree is like 4 vehicles in total and none of which catch my interest. Also my God do you encounter as much self absorbed complaining in that PVE as I have? It seems like the most annoying part of the community lurks there. So many people think they're entitled to everything and you should spectate. Bomb a base and someone complains, the getting missile kills yoinked, I see so many being rude AF about it like it was a personal thing, literally happens to me all the time but I can't complain because it's not like there's any indicator that another friendly is engaging it. The Heli PVE community is cancer man, it makes me not want to play when I get "KYS" by a UH1B 10 KM out from me as I bomb a base he for some reason thinks he's entitled to. I try to help others with objectives I get thanks one game and the rudest comments in another, I try to go do my own thing and it's the same experience. I really enjoy Heli PVE but I find myself sitting on the menu screen debating whether the toxic community is really worth dealing with and just go to Air RB or something. Only in Heli PVE do I experience such consistent and prolonged b****ing, other modes the most I see is 1 or 2 ***** out messaged in the chat, Heli PVE I had a guy have a meltdown and literally say some cringe "I have put blood, swear, and money into this, you don't know my pain" and luckily he got roasted to hell and back... Dude it's an arcade PVE mode, go touch grass.. lol

@@jessekohler6000 The missile speed is probably going to be the make or break for me. Once the premium spam slows down it will probably be fine, but until then I wouldn't touch it.

Yeah this heli is a big dissapointment ... No updated damage model means you lose avionics before you can get within rocket range. The 20 mm has issues penning the side of a vilkas with ap belts. No aam's means you are free jet food. With the g-lynx the aam's catch jets off guard. Also there is a glitch where locking on to air targets with the 20mm causes you to jerk your lock on straight to the ground. This thing is way too weak to be at 10.3 The ircm doesnt do much to protect you against saclos, which is the main problem when you have to fight osa's, bmp2's and rolands With a limited lineup, i see no reason to get this over the g lynx Gaijin PLEASE just give it mokopas and uptier ir, i beg you
