I was told you make progress when you rest not when you lift, recovery is everything. Love this channel.

Maybe add in an Inversion Table to your recovery days too . Also, I cover my eyes when I sleep , it really helps. 🤙

I hope this wonderfully done video get me to the next level of care and recovery. For the past 3 or do weeks, I have hit 100% of my sleep need more than I ever have. Using whoop. I must try and do the Joov red light panels daily and get my butt to the mat for daily stretching. I like your Air bands better than my simple band found in storage. I have a WBV platform that I must step over daily in my bathroom. Wasn't intended for that purpose. I've resisted bp157 all thus time. I've been feeling the aging process for the last 2 or so years and I am 55.5 years. Hope this gets me going again since I have so much down time and not hitting resistance training much these days

I messed my back up with heavy deadlifts! Instead of resting ( like a silly 20 something year old does) I tried to "warrior" through it. Now I'm 33 and my back is much better after no more debt lifting and just bodyweight exercises. Rest is so important! You are wise sir!

Swimming and hiking are low impact. At 52, Zumba is fun. I'm dancing with a room full of women and it makes me happy. Give it a try. There's a senior version, Zumba Gold. Don't do that unless you really need to stay no/low impact. Sauna also is great to help you fall asleep. Try that out after 730 pm.

How are you taking the peptides; oral or injection? If injection are you using them at specific sites on your body?

I commented on this about a month ago MSM supplement It's a sulfur that your body needs and we don't get it in our food anymore because the soil has been depleted It's inexpensive I think it will work for you in your joints and muscle soreness The key to taking MSM Is to take 1,000 mg for every 50 lb of your body weight Twice a day I'm 73 and I taking it for 25 years no aches no pains Good luck with your recovery

PS: if you try MSM Work your way up to the max dose for your body weight.
