losing over 100lbs is really impressive, after going back to the gym after lockdowns I lost about 28lbs cannot imagine losing that much weight, he must feel great!

I found an amazing ground beef "hack". Costco sells bulgogi AKA Korean marinated beef. I thought it had too much flavor, so I added a pack of ground beef to it, and the seasoning was perfect.

Thomas is a beast man, I would've never have guessed he was over 300 pounds! I've been throwing in the split squats along with front squats and have really enjoyed the change in pace it's brought to my quad workouts (Previous just back squats and leg extensions).

Carrageenan - it actually causes a TON of inflammation. When they want to cause inflammation in something to test whatever they’re testing in conjunction with the inflammation, they use carrageenan. Avoid if you can. Also, often times you have to dig a bit deeper online to learn these things vs what is easy to find. Not sure why though…😅 Sweeteners too - some a little more scary than others for different reasons - eg.) gut health. The rabbit hole goes deep. Enjoy life though - some things, in moderation - just good to be aware - never feel guilty.
Pete, do you think you will be a vegetarian maybe some point down the line? Seems you are getting pretty into health and it's a take that vegetarians live longer healthier lives and just seems like you are kind of constantly headed in that direction over the past few years. Nothing against me and I ate enough me 45 men for many many years and have been vegetarian for a couple years. I'm not in genetically gifted like you and I don't compete but I'm pretty jacked and pretty lean and have not really noticed any fall off... I just tried it with my girlfriend and we fell in love with it and we have to spend a little more time shopping and preparing food but we get all the protein we need from the Greek yogurt and eggs and egg whites and various soy tofu products and then we get some from cheese and some from nuts and stuff like that. Anyway, I guess Clarence is the only powerlifter I follow who is vegetarian and actually vegan but I guess he's pretty much a beast so you don't have to eat meat. Again, I have no political or other reasons for asking this question at all. I'm just a doodoo kind of fell into it and curious your thoughts.

The only thing I am trying to be better at right now is eating more fiber and lowering saturated fats. Saturated fats up your LDL blood levels which can cause atherosclerosis. Fiber helps to absorb cholesterol in the gut which can also help lower LDL levels. I used to eat pizza everyday but now it is a treat once in a while.
