I totally agree with you. They have completely nuts and bias. I got banned twice for cursing mildly which they stated as harassment. Every single person in the game curse and when I report them, they take no actions against them and instead further mails me back stating that there was no violation of the code of conduct by the player. Two questions: 1. So prior to this, using nature's wrath on a melee build always gave you the 20% damage at all times. Does this change that? So for my melee builds this changes nothing? 2. Was this OP prior to the change because for someone using firestaff and standing in the constant circle, this would give them 20% plus the static empower? Now it only gives 50% of the static empower?

Hey, you have a good chance to sue ZOS. You dont even need a lawyer. You simply can inform state authorities about it and even report it to the police. Of course, companies can define their terms. But terms are not LEGAL LAW. If they go after you and try to ban you on other platforms this is an issue of monopol/ cartel behaviour and network pressure as well as a data protection issue. There are companies like Google or Apple that had to pay mililons or even billions due to that issues. So you should inform journalists about it and mail the Federal Trade Comission. It is not about that they can ban you it is more the fact that they run an infrastructure to communicate it with other companies - even if it is all Microsoft based daughters cause that is what makes it a monopol. Network pressure and data protection seems pretty substantiated in your case and can also be reported to the FTC. Go for it!

So to the people saying oh it’s a dead game, I’m sure you have your reasons and no hate, but I’m an Xbox player and I can’t wait to get this on October 15th. Like you Hoarcrux I’m over those dingleberries at ZoS and looking to fill that void. This game looks beautiful and is totally new for us Xbox players. Some of the main comments I read are oh the game was amazing the first 1000 hours then it fell off. I’m actually like, cool!! That’s perfect! If ESO taught me anything, it’s not to hang on much more than that. It takes time for ground breaking content to be added to these games and if you stick too hard to one of these games and only play that, you’re always going to be disappointed with the devs and direction of the game, because you’re going to have an unrealistic expectation of what the game should be. If I get 500-1000 hours of really fun gaming outta this game that is well worth the price tag. Thanks to the lessons of disappointment I have learned from ESO, that’s literally all I’m going to initially put into it. Go in hoping for that, while always planning on checking out other MMOs down the road or at the same time, while also playing shooters and other games. No more of maining games in such a hardcore kinda way, like I did with ESO, that I miss out on everything else happening. New World sounds like a perfect little time sink that respects your time, and will hopefully grow into that game I log into like twice a week for years. Oh and fuck Zenimax!
