Any of us familiar with chef Johns channel know that is not his voice in the commercial. John cooks in a professional Chinese kitchen with mock ups we cannot recreate in home kitchens. That's ok. You can still turn out great Chinese food watching his channel. My personal favorite is a gorgeous shrimp fried rice colored by eggs and flavored with lemon!
