I say all the time that I wish there were a good old fashioned diner where I live in Florida but unfortunately I still haven't found one. I remember going to one in Connecticut down the street from my Grandma's house every time of the day and having the most delicious, cozy food. Diners really are an up north thing and I wish they were all around. Also, I can't wait for the book to come out! I've already baked some amazing recipes from Laura in the Kitchen and I'm so excited to start baking new ones from the book as well as learn how to cook more.

The coffee struggle is real... I am the same way Laura! Nothing brings me more comfort than a cup of coffee. On another note... You are not crazy about not using your dinning table because of the carpet. I did the same thing, we had been living in our home for 6 years, when we finally changed the carpet for tile and that is when we had our first dinner at that table. Lol How many more weeks until the book is here??? ! 😜It's been way too long of a wait, I preordered in March... Can't wait to have it in my hands!! Yay!! Love you guys! XO
