This calming qigong (chi kung) sequence helps to soothe and calm you. It features gentle flowing movements to leave you feeling centred, balanced, and at peace once more.
I filmed this on location on the Caribbean islands of Turks and Caicos (yes the background is real - not a zoom one! 😉 )
This practice is:
✅ suitable for beginners, it's gentle enough if you are new
✅ suitable for experienced practitioners to go deeper into subtlety
✅ great if you have wrist injuries for gentle rehab
