Want my personal one-to-one help building, or growing, your own online course, coaching or consulting business? If "yes" then book a call via the following link: www.willia-mbrown.com/work-with-me?el=3_steps_to_a_308_month_profit_online_coaching_business. It will be either be me, or one of my two in-house coaches that takes the call with you. We'll get an understanding of where you're at, and then we'll run you through how we can help-if we feel we can. Whether you're brand new, or already making $8K, $15K or $35K+ per-month, it can't hurt to have a chat. Go and book in a call

Just finished this William and for those 1% let me add a comment of mine which is when u’ve said “DON’t care” It's not about not caring, but about the art of letting go. When you release attachment to the outcome, you create space for it to manifest. It's like that saying, "a watched pot never boils". ✨❤ Thank you William for this video too.

Superb content and knowledge Will, and always some laughs. 'I don't care' that is some superpower right there, fundamental freedom that allows space and reach, and also validates 'I'm very valuable so won't mess myself or others around' I have experienced this so much and the only time things go not to plan is when 'I really need something' Cheers, Dave :)

Great video Will. how about a video on what to provide in a mastermind. I saw a video from Dan Henry regarding masterminds he had attended and he said that most of them just repeated what was in their course material etc. Any thoughts?

Do you have any content diving into figuring out your pricing? I know you say to charge high ticket, but how do we know the ballpark to shoot for and how we can justify the pricing with what we offer to the customer? I’m trying to help entrepreneurs buy back their time but idk what that’s worth 🤷

Hi William, I have a question - if I understand your path correctly, in your first company you based on the concept of a course (from a doc -> pdf -> program) and it was more about sharing knowledge than leading clients by the hand. Now, in your new business, you focus more on paid coaching than paid courses - can you compare both of these products? And what determines what to choose to offer to your clients? Intuitively, it seems that it is better to create a course (which improves over time) but it is one-size-fits-all approach. Coaching, on the other hand, is a very custom service, which absorbs you more. Can you explain the differences? Why you choose to focus on coaching rather than courses in second business? Or maybe I got something wrong? :) Thanks!

Average person will never achieve this. Much easier to create a Skool community and go all in
@willia_mbrown
@willia_mbrown 2 ай бұрын
I agree, average gets average. But if people build one of these businesses properly, they'll far exceed the earnings available via Skool alone. Look at the Skool leaderboard, no-one is doing big numbers, and by big I mean $300K, $500K, $700K plus cash collected per-month. But that's what's possible when you build a business this way, as I share in this video. And if anything, it's simpler and faster to sell 1 x high ticket offer at lets say $4K to one person a month, than it is to sell 41 x low ticket $97 subscriptions or 85 x $47 subscriptions and consistently beat the churn-rate of the subscribers. Skool is a fantastic platform, and it's great for beginners who want to make their first few low-ticket sales to gain confidence, but it's a struggle to go that route rather than the alternative; A solid high ticket offer. Hell, even Sam himself used to preach "just sell high ticket", it is the tagline of his UpLevel program. That said, everything words, it all depends on the goal and the person 💪

This might sound woo woo but last night I read a chapter from a book that talks about the "Don't Care" Strategy. The book called it "outer intention" though. But there's more... Iman Ghadzi read that same book 8 times 6 years ago. Real ones know the book. Wanna guess?

Thanks Will! My husband and I watch your videos (always till the end btw 😂) . But my problem now is getting leads. I think I am at the first stage -Traffic. I started my coaching practice 4 months ago ..moving out of corporate from senior finance role. I post consistently on LinkedIn -5 times per week and comment etc. I have 2k following (but the real following is probably 900people there). and started my KZbin channel which is currently has 380 subscribers though 😅 I have a really good website so I am considering doing paid ads through google … Not sure…but in 4 months I had one sales call which I converted in 5 min as the client was ready to work just based on my content. But that’s it… So maybe you can do a video about how to go about this when you just start.. when you don’t have a name.. when you completely change your career direction

One of the most beautiful feelings in life is being able to afford everything you need in life. I have tasted what it means to be b r o ke and I can tell it’s not something you wish for anyone. Thanks to Larysa Caba, I don’t have to experience that kind of life anymore. I’m grateful and I will always be.
