I have an audience of over 10k subs on YT teaching and tutoring A-levels. Only making about £2k/month atm. I think this is because my target audience are poor students. I love what I do and helping, but should I pivot to a different niche? Or would it be more pivot my positioning? Boat you row in and all that jazz... I'm thinking of targeting wealthier students or parents. But not sure how to go about this targeting. I have great plans to scale it but it's just getting them engaged to buy, even when hitting pain points that is the problem.

Instead of say a one time £5K offer? You said high ticket recurring is better than one off high ticket as ads can be stressful (lower profit margin) in previous video.

You should look at a problem you have had, how you’ve overcome it and then teach people the way you overcame it who are having the same problem that you previously had. If you’ve never had any problems then you either 1. Have a fantastic life so you don’t need to stress about trying to make money or 2. You need more life experience.

Will, Alex Hormozi says that the easiest offers to sell are either in sales, health or relationships. Could an offer that makes people save time (overcoming procrastination) work? And if it could, should it be framed to get the benefits ot saving time? Like increasing your income and things of that nature?

Depends how much you want to make. For example my knitting client will never make $100K a month, the offer is too niche. But i have a fitness client making $300K a month and a coding client doing $900K a month… Health, wealth and relationships are the most scalable. But if you only want to make something small like $20K or $50K a month you can help people with pretty much anything from book writing to procrastination to dating to knitting etc Hope it helps dude 🏅

Do you recommend B2B or B2C offers for people who can do both? My skill is Google Ads, but agency space is getting saturated, so I thought that B2C offer would be better. For example, teaching people how to get a job as a media buyer. Other option would be to teach how to play guitar, but I think it would be more difficult to sell to beginners, because there are so many cheap courses.

That’s an interesting point, the way I look at it is that people will look at a lot of people will look at Mike Thurston and deem his physique as unattainable for them. If you have a physique, lifestyle, mentality etc that people can look at and say okay I can achieve that, then they will want to work with you more.

Guys with those numbers get crazy sponsorship deals, KZbin money, and other biz opportunities, so it is pretty damn misleading. The dude isn't just top 0.0001% for physique, it's for his looks as well. Very rare. That said, I agree with the premise of the video that $10k/m is easy if you're niched, you've got someone good doing your Paid Ads, and you've got the backend sorted.
