Unless you are planning to do semi hydro style nutrient mixes for your plants flushing them out every watering is a horrible idea! You’re washing out all of the nutrients.

Awesome Variegated banana plant! They grow fast and love water. I had mines out all last summer in a 10 gal pot but brought it in for the winter. Its still growing to the ceiling! Lol great content as always 🎉🙌🏽
