Heeey very excellent shout to: The Guy working the store wasnt a guy after all! Sakamoto Days one thing I do give this gem is the mundane moments hit high with both comedy and pathos along with the over the top assassin conflicts. Thinking about it now...Sakamoto actually kind of reminds me of a Shonen Jump Version of Mr. Inbetween except it never goes too dark or bleak, which is perfectly fine!

Hahah heard that manga is a banger, perhaps one I should eventually try as I dive deeper into other genres. That's a nice way to put it, Sakamoto does find a fine balance between grim and wholesome.

Mate I think we ought to give them the Gateway To Crime but with added PTSD when being apart of the underworld and why no one should ever think to want to be associated with such scoundrels. You mentioned it here too but they need to start with: STRAY BULLETS. Plus for manga readers: ICHI THE KILLER (usa release not yet available until 2025). Btw best recent Aussie Crime series sadly isnt a comic but a tv: MR. INBETWEEN! Cheers.

True, some of these stories can evoke some serious PTSD, and carry important messages. I recalled reading just a little bit of Stray Bullets in the past, I hope they reprint those in hardcover. I have heard of Mr. Inbetween before, but never gave it much thought, but now I'm intrigued, Aussie Crime, that's also a banger? Amazing.

i strongly strongly advise you to read hunter x hunter for a few years i didnt know what my favorite manga or anime was and it would constandly switch but then one day i watched the first episode of hunter hunter and i sat there and new that was the best anime i have ever watched i ended up watching it all in 2 weeks and the manga is also amazing the art is cool the characters are very interesting the power system is probably the best in all of anime and the fights seens are incredible it is and amazing sorie
