My mom and I are partners in phone addiction (my dad is maybe a robot and never uses his phone) so I'm going to ask her to do this with me! I can't wait, thanks for making this video :)

i love this. just trying to get myself motivated to move more. i envy you having friends who do all those different things! i just have friends for walks sometimes, but they do nothing else really. i hate gyms. how did you know what to do with the weights, did you follow a certain thing? i never tried running, because i think i would look like an idiot. have to get my shit together and try that. and climbing. always wanted to go climbing. once i am in better shape.. 🫣🙃

I am thinking I need to start all the stretching so I can start strength training again because I’m soooo stiff and tight it’s too easy to strain myself when I go to work out. Love the recommendations!

I'm not removing my phone from the bedroom... This will sound grim, but when there was a huge earthquake here, some people under rubble were able to communicate their position all thanks to those phones they kept by their beds. Also in case I or anyone in my family has a medical emergency at night. I'm just too scared of not having my phone the one moment I'll direly need it, to not have it by my side at night. But this video made me realize I might be spending nearly a third of my year on my phone and that was so eye-opening. So I'll try to implement this advice (except the removing phone from bedroom one) to reduce my screen time too. I'm glad to hear that huge changes like 80% are possible in a very short time and that it's had such a significant positive impact for you. ^^

I don't comment on KZbin very often, but OMG, I really have to tell you that I friggin' LOVE your video's! :-) I'm commenting here, because you're very new on KZbin and I'm scared you might give up, like a lot of people do, so I feel the need to tell you that I love what you're doing, so please don't ever stop making these video's. Last week KZbin recommended one of your video's to me, and I've binged them all after that first one. I love everything about them. The topics, the editing, your personality, your sense of humor, your sidekicks Steph, parents, partner and of course that incredibly cute puppy. I am looking forward to everything you will be making! With love from The Netherlands, Anna

I saw you do the foot massage thing with the tennis ball and the only thing I could think is: if you wear barefoot shoes, walking itself will do that for you (to some extent), especially when on uneven surface. On longer walks you will find yourself actively stepping on uneven things because it just feels so good. So here's another health tip from a stranger: get barefoot shoes. Do take your time to build it up, though; your feet will likely need months to regain the strength they lost in "regular" shoes.

I live on electrolyte drinks because of Addison’s disease. Gatorade is absolute garbage. There are some really great products out there. A lot of people like LMNT but the salt was overpowering for me, which is odd because this disease causes salt cravings 😂 I love liquid iv, golden cherry and guava are my favorites. I tried their sugar free version and it’s still really good. It’s been amazing to have real electrolytes drinks when my pressure tanks and I need the er for saline. Ultima is a great brand as well Ps this video was so informative and I like how you speak to us as if we’re friends ❤

I love, love, love this video! Sometimes I feel embarrassed for how enthusiastic I am about life, but you are just so unapologetically positive. Have you tried wall climbing/bouldering? The atmosphere is really chill. And are trampoline parks a thing where you live? My city got one a few years ago, soooo fun!!

as someone who has worked both, I think a mix is best "for me". I loss all semblance of structure and separation from home and work if I am 100% at home and i'd like the mix to dip into the pros of both. but I think its very individualised concept as my situation is not universal and full time working from home may give the best output for others.

I found your videos a few days ago and you've quickly become one of my favorite KZbinrs. Kind of a perfect blend of Wheezy Waiter and Mia Maples. You inspired me to delete all the scrolling apps from my phone, so thanks for that, haha.
