Love these exercises. Will be doing them every day. I couldn’t watch on tv like I do with other exercise videos. Found myself straining to look up to see when exercises would change. Vocal countdown on 3,2,1 would be helpful. Great video though

Hello and thank you for this video. Please add tones/sounds at the end of each 30 second exercise, so we can easily tell when to switch to the next exercise. That would be so super useful!

Really interesting and feels great! I need huge improvement. I had to turn the volume down to zero during the "music" sections. That earworm guitar made me insane!

In one the linked videos, you said we should get up from sitting every 30 minutes. Do you have a suggestion for what to do between sitting times?

I have C5,6 and also have T5, 6&7 can I do this exercise? Thank you for sharing 🙏
I have a new job working remotely. I’m using my dining room table. How can I set up my work area to correct and encourage better posture? Do I need to add a platform to the table to elevate my laptop? I wanted to ask an expert. Sincere thanks!

Are all of these stretches OK if you have spinal stenosis ?
@drjonsaunders6 ай бұрын
Most should be yes, but 2 things: try to work only up to your tolerance level (don't force movements) and it is always best to ask the person who diagnosed you. Take care!
