How many volts and how many battery’s do u have on this buggy?

We have done all of this and the yellow charging light just flashes and doesn’t charge the cart

When testing my diodes I am getting continuity but they look like the newer style you showed in the video, I assume that means they’re bad?

I am doing a 36 V lithium battery conversion with onboard charger. When I removed the old charging port with a new AC charging port, I cut the white, the black and the red wires and I thought I would use the red and black positive and negative to hook up to my 12 V reducer now I don’t know where the thin red wire goes to. I think maybe one and would go to the positive terminal and the other end that looks like it came off of the F and R switch, but I don’t know where to put it on the F and R switch and I don’t know if that’s correct or not. Can you help me with this please? Thank you.

I’ve got a quick question my detection and power lights are flashing when I charge the golf cart. It will charge for a while but then the two red lights, detection and power flash three times fast. I changed out the plug on the golf cart and just bought new batteries, I’m struggling to figure out where the draw is coming from if that’s the case or if it’s just a charger. Do you have any suggestions where I should look next I have an easy go TXT 48 V 2015.

My 36 volt DPI charger doesn’t appear to be working. Power light is blinking and nothing in the owner’s manual has helped me. I’ve owned it for 5 years with no problems. Does anybody repair them? I can’t find anybody in the Atlanta area. I also bought new batteries recently and I can’t get tell if the Trojan jumper setting is correct. I bought deep cycle water acid batteries from oreilly auto parts and I’m not sure if I need to leave it on the Trojan mode or not?? I think some rain water may have blown into it during hurricane Helene. Not sure if a fuse blew or the motherboard fried. If anybody has some advice, I’ll gladly take it.

the four lugs on the back of the switch. my bottom lug gets pack voltage. none of the other three get pack voltage. my cart will not run but the solenoid clicks. i have read alotttt and watched alotttt of videos and have been running through testing everything with a volt meter. video says that all four lugs showing have pack voltage. i can not figure out why the other three lugs do not have pack voltage. i had a spare F&R switch and rebuild one using all the best parts i had and the problem is still the same. PLEASE HELP

I have a 93-36-volt club car Ds, and I installed all new Trojan batteries 3 years ago. Anyway, when I charge it but don't drive it, the charge will drop to 90% after the first day and be at 80% by the end of the second day but will stay at 80% for 4-5 days. I have disconnected and load tested each battery and all. Check out any ideas

Could you do this without removing the back half of the cart shell? In other words, working through the wheel well. I have, like most, already have a back seat on my cart and taking this off AND the shell is a ton of work.

Errors in installation. First shows shock plate below spring then break in video and then shock plate being installed on top of spring. Also doesn't show the correct install of the centering plate in the kit being installed on the bottom.

My steering is off center a little bit. Is there a way to adjusted it without having to pull the steering wheel?
