So glad to see you along with others who speak the truth about this... Out of the 2 friends I had who were major bodybuilders, they were trying to gaslight me the entire time about the "off days" of recovery, and either through a mixture of mockery or "Oh, you'll get used to it, eventually it won't be a problem..." Meanwhile, both of them were doing roids, though one was doing them routinely. The 2 days of suffering in agony and having no energy, drive or motivation, only to "destroy" it all again on the next gym day, is absolutely not worth it to live like that. The thing is, even just having routine muscle maintenance / memory is not enough to avoid the fatigue. Because all working out is still stressing the body and generating cortisol, even if it's just "maintaining", and that's the side of the story bodybuilders never tell.

Nah your fine dude, you dnt need to work out. Eat lots of grass fed, grass finished meat (steak), eggs, raw milk if you can, i like raw honey (not heated). Sleep alot. you will grow. no sugar, junk food, pasta, rice, veggies, seeds etc. You dont have to go to raw foods straight away, this is a great start. You cna ease into this diet and can build up to raw eventually. Cook the food abit in a stainless steel pan (meduim heat not too hot, you dont want to burn) with beef tallow. Animal fat instead of oils. No need to work out, can go for a walk in nature, im assuming you're already running around hanging out with friends etc right? edit: i forgot this but dont be afraid of sun get your whole body exposed at the beach or backyard or smoething. on this diet you dont burn as bad. if ur skinny you will grow abit more muscle mass, if your obese you will loose weight you dont have to do any weight training. You might have some trouble in the bathroom since your body gets used to it. Hope this helps. Get big and strong now 👍

I don‘t think its correct to say everybody has the exact same needs. People who have for example an harder job might benefit from eating more carbs in form of fruits, milk or honey, people who don’t get much sunlight need to eat more fatty meats for vitamin d and calorie intake also depends on the size and activenes of the person. Of course I see your point, that everybody should eat the same stuff, but the amount and distribution of nutrients can for sure vary.
