I agree with you about morality in business. Three things about maximizing shareholder value (MSV) and ethics: 1. Milton Friedman wrote that MSV should be legal and ethical. 2. Businesses have increasingly abandoned focus on MSV in the name of “ESG,” which is a form of fake “ethics.” MSV actually forces businesses to be MORE ethical in some instances. 3. The abandonment of honesty is the result of a populace that is less and less religious. A resurgence of faith will increase integrity more than anything else can.

AS a clinical psychologist and retired professor of psychology I want to review the literature onmsex an aging. Can any of you point me in a good direction? It seems the cultural bias is that people "age out" which is far from the case. Aside from the topic of impotency there seems to be very little. Are there researchers specialIzing on topics of sex behavior past 50? The little I can find is of the AARP variety eg how satisified are you with your sex life and what keeps you from having more sex and of course I remember very well the Kinsey findings, but its a desert out there or am I just overlooking a goldmine that exists? Having been a female academic adminstrator at a time when I was the ONLY one on my campus early in my career, followed by later introduction of other females into administration, I have had so many experiennces,re loyalty and disloyalty...female female coalitions and faux coalitions that felt MORE Machiavellian to me than I believed it was among the men where I worked. Having had a husband who was also an academic administrator at a unversity professional school mens competition in academia seemed less devious, less based on sexual innuendo, males being more head on head while women being more undermining. Just personal observations of a 25 yr academic career from researcher and lecturer to the faculty ranks to administrator with a period as an assistant director of a state level higher education agency, being a offered a presidency at age 50 and instead retiring early to fulfill a different life goal.
