Plus you learn to embalm, cremate, and must adapt to religious death customs. So yes, funeral and burial prep, as well as learning about how to quickly insert embalming chemicals and make the body look good for an open casket (sometimes the cause of death is...traumatic). Coroner: need an MD, you perform autopsies and diagnose, and sometimes you're an elected official or get appointed. Depending on the job, you work for more than one county/province/local area due to rural places rural-ing.

Charmingly, when the roof curves to follow the top of a half-round dormer window, it's sometimes called an 'eyebrow window'!
