Can you include things you just participated in, Even if you did not win anything? For example I participated in Harvard Global Case competition but I did not win. Can I include that?

I can relate so much to this video, I am eager to get into a data scientist career but how outdated is this information? Is the field too saturated now to where I will not have a good chance of finding a good starting position after a bootcamp? Thank you for your help!

What if I am interested in opposing or very distincy fields? I really really like astronomy + I have been pretty good at Math ans Physics in High School But I also like the Humanities (the International Relations, Public Policy, journalism ans Pol Sci. side of it) My skills in writing are pretty decent as well. How am I supposed to choose a major now? Heck, DO I have to choose one of the two or is there a way I can pursue both?? I have tried to opt for dual degree or joint majors but there are cery few instances where such a think between the two fields is offered, and more often than not it is a an elite university like Georgetown of even Oxford where I have absolutely no chance of getting in.

An astrophysicist into data science? Well it does seem like a natural transitition, you can use pdes or matrix algebra you've learnt from physics for data science.

4:07 omg i was an art student turned accounting and i hate it but i did it cause im scared of not finding a job after graduating. I dropped out of the class the first week and now i just feel lost because art/animation is the only thing i can stomach studying for hours a day. your friend sounds super cool! im glad she enjoys what she is doing and i hope to be like her in the future

BIG THANKS! I'm currently looking for a job and this helps me a lot. This month, my former boss told me that they won't renew my contract, because they wont have much work to do for my profile, but they appreciate the job done and offered me a recommendation letter. This was my first job and, honestly, I'm a little in panic. I don't know what to do, my previous resume was terrible, my LinkedIn is still empty and without any contacts, so I don't know where to start. This video helped me to see how to begin with the resume If you could make more videos in the futreabout job searching, applying, etc, it would be awesome

Private student loans is the worst debt you can have especially if you do not know that you will make a ton of money when you graduate. There is no income based repayment plan as there is with federal loans and there is no income forgiveness as there is with federal loans. It is the only debt you can never walk away from under any circumstance. I personally think parents telling their kids to go to college before they know what they want to do and letting them take private loans is the worst advice. If you take federal loans and make very stupid mistakes and get a worthless degree you can work for a non-profit or government, pay next to nothing a month if you do not make a ton of money and have the rest forgiven in 10 years. However, the really smart thing to do is get college credit in high school, go to a community college, work and pay for your last two years of school. If you want to go on and have good grades, graduate school is often free and paid for with assistantships.
