Open a shop online to buy tools at a reasonable price. Probably the easiest way to keep buying pallets and get people good tools without over paying

As far as the step bits are concerned, I usually drill a pilot hole first. I know they "can" start the hole but it's been my 20+ years experience to just go ahead and drill a pilot. Cheers.

Have you done a lathe router? It's a combination of a lathe and a router with a milling bit. It also works well if you have a duplication setup going. You're using the router to cut on the lathe while the lathe is running.

7:10 uhm....I totally don't have that screwdriver and totally have not used it when the screwdriver on my 32 years old swiss army knife isn't long enough. seriously got the thing for free and had no idea what brand it was or where it was bought or what it was called. was left in a drawer of the house we moved into when I was like 16. for a hollow plastic handle it has held up really well(26 years now). I also use the bit holder(the black piece of plastic just of the handle) as a grip. it spins on the shaft of the screw driver, so basically can use it the same way as a rachet wrench when screwing in longer screws. I mean I have more than a full set of old craftsman screw drivers between the set I got for my 12th birthday and the 20000 year old craftsman screwdrivers from my dad sitting in the drawer of my tool bench, but I somehow end up using this cheap plastic thing more than any of them....probably because my mom has it in a drawer beside the sink and is always 20 feet closer than walking all the way into the garage.

Fun story a coworker of mine used the fiberflex to fix a snowplow mirror bracket. 7 years later and it's still there. He also didn't think you'd need the gloves. He definitely needed the gloves.
