i dont understand why some people turn up the difficulty but continue to use the bullet assist. having bullet drop and curve means nothing when you're told where the bullet will land anyway

You might have figuyed this out by now, with how old this video is, but one of the player skills tags enemies that damage you, which includes the Jager. Also, as far as I know, Karl doesn't get notified when he gets tagged.

perfect dark was the first major game that i remember having counter-op play. i LOVED how they did counter-op with that game where you would take control of a random NPC and just jump to the next one when you died. it was a local game too of course (being on the N64) so no network issues ever

BF1 was the last BF game with what I considered a decent campaign. Its biggest failing, though playing campaign, was that there just wasn't enough of it. It introduced these fantastic stories, had great new game features, but the missions were over before they could be properly explored and used to their greatest potential.

Do you think in Sniper Elite Resistance you’ll have the ability to hold your breathe with pistols and secondary weapons? I was replaying through 5 and was using a 1911 with a 6x scope and it would’ve just been nice to steady my aim a bit for longer shots

Only reason I don’t play this game is the stupid soldier voices get so annoying. Plus I don’t like all the unnecessary swearing. I understand a f bomb here and there when a grenade lands at your feet but not when you are just reloading or switching weapons. Lol they need to make a way to turn it off or switch language.

Thematically, I can understand why the insurgents might be a bit more loose with their colorful language, but I agree that for security voicelines, it can be a bit much when they're intended to be the representative "professional" force.

@ Yes. That’s what I’m getting at. It’s kind of to the “a bunch of middle schoolers on COD” level of blasting away words cause they think it’s cool. Rather it sounds unprofessional and is annoying. The movie Fury sounds like a scholar wrote it compared to this game’s use of language, and I got quite annoyed when I first watched Fury compared to other war movies. I get it, but there is a limit or threshold between “blatantly unnecessary” and actual “human reaction/frustration.” If only they added a single option of “turn soldier voices off” or heck even just “change soldier language” but keep the rest of game in English, I’d buy it and be playing it right now probably.

I played Insurgency for a considerable amount of time. I was HYPED for Sandstorm. Sandstorm is a running simulator it seems and wasn't well refined on release. I prefer The original Insurgency over this. Both still are excellent games however.

I love co-op but the bots can be hackers sometimes shooting you through smoke and one banging you while running with their gun pointed to the sky.

I agree with others, it looks like a DLC of SE5. Graphics quality look the same. It would be a bit disappointing if they released a new game with the same graphics.

I've been playing this recently with the lads. For some sick and twisted reason we've been trying to S rank every level, which means less lethal only. Been pretty fun, right up till Valley of Dolls.

It is the best tactical shooter out there rn! They managed to make swat4 better. So many others came along and tried... This one is the only one that succeeded.
