Genetics cannot be surpassed and just training cannot help anyone overcome the shortvomings, lest everyone who does a concentration curl would end up having Arnold like biceps. Please do not try fooling innocent imbeciles.
@malatheefabdul59134 жыл бұрын
Your training has no logic as you are confused between concentric, isometric, and eccentric. Nicolas is a genetic freak and with the help of steroids he is what he is. Your training has no fundamental understanding of the physiological facts. Just because someone is a trainer of some world champion does not qualify him to be a superior coach. "There is no expert in this world its just the varying degrees of ignorance".
@ginogagliardi70804 жыл бұрын
So good genetics and steroids are all it takes huh? No need to train hard in the gym idk why all these bodybuilders are wasting their time then? Also how is he confused about eccentric, concentric and isometric? Because he’s definitely not wrong about those parts of the movements. Maybe you should spend more time training harder instead of saying the best pro bodybuilder coach has no logic
@malatheefabdul59134 жыл бұрын
There are lots of them training harder than the few top pros but they reach nowhere. Anyways figure out for yourself this statistical fact that the top bodibuilders constitute not even 5 percentile of the world populace and with regards the training strategem go dig the archives to atleast understand the human strength quotient. Get your facts right buddy. You have a long way to go for as someone rightly said first unllearn then learn and the Phd's of today will have to stand on the shoulders shoulders of the greats of yesteryears to even have a glimpse of the wise truth.
@the_notorious_bas4 жыл бұрын
No logic? Actually there is a scientific paper where they analysed the physiological effects of various SST protocols. The same cannot be said about most other hypertrophy protocols. Yeah, there are also other factors involved, we all know that.
@malatheefabdul59134 жыл бұрын
@@the_notorious_bas Every assesment is done by another human in both fields of science and arts and atop all these scientific facts produced and published even by cohort studies are under a scanner. Can any scalar quantity be measured by a vector scale?? The studies and facts are sponsored by the pharmacy mafia, then is a certification or being a Mr. Olympia for that matter worth the human life. These pharmacies and medical practitioners and the sports science researches can they be trusted??? There is no bodybuilding today without the aid of these pharmacies. The evidence lies in the fact of the death and near death experiences of so many elite champions a la Andreas munzer, Mohd ben aziza, Lou ferrigno, Arnold schwarzenegger who underwent a heart problem at the young age of 50 years, and Ronnie coleman just to name a few. No other animal in this world is competing against another except for food!!! These bodybuilders are freaks at the best. No wonder a great man has said " its a shame that bodybuilding is used on bodybuilders."
@malatheefabdul59134 жыл бұрын
SST protocol or for that matter any other pick from the myriad spectrum is nothing but old wine in a new bottle!!. The fundamenatls cannot be metamorphosised i.e the truth of muscular hypertrophy is INTENSITY OF EFFORT and PROVISION OF RECOVERY FACTORS, I by statiing recovery factors do not take steroid use into cognizance. Bodybuilding today can be categorised into two required factors to excell, 1) Good genetics both neurological factors and physiological factors. 2) Steroid knowledge and their sponsorers. Hard work is required but it cannot supersede both the above factors. Not even identical twins are identical in this world authenticated by none other by the legendry Arnold himself "THERE IS NO OTHER PERSON LIKE ME IN THIS WHOLE UNIVERSE ".
