My body loves these movements. Do you rotate the leg externally when you do the diagonal or is that what you mean by diagonal? I have always relied on instructions that say internally rotate/ externally rotate.

@@marsha1963 Glad to hear you’re loving the movements. When I say diagonal, I just mean the leg is out to the side rather than straight out behind the body. The hip is open to the side and the leg is externally rotated in this particular position… Hope this helps 😊

enjoyed this one..just curious when you do those crunch and alt leg lifts do you keep your lower back pressed on the floor the whole time or only when you lift each leg?

Glad you liked it! 😊…The spine can be in neutral (that little bit of natural space between your lower back and the floor) but not too arched. As the leg comes up, you should aim to contract your core and press your lower back onto the mat… Hope this helps 💖
