I’ve always said that; it’s a blessing to get older but you certainly don’t have to get old!

Unfortunately too many of us are overweight and frumpy but some of us "got it going on"and because of melanin we don't get wrinkles She is a perfect example

We women get wrinkles when the estrogen deficiency decreases during menopause. At a young age, it is smoking, too much sun exposure and animal products, such as dairy products, meat and eggs, which are acidically metabolized in the body and acidify our bodies, which is why our body decalcifies our bones in order to maintain a certain pH value in the blood, because it needs certain minerals to neutralize the acids. Hyperacidity leads to oxidative stress, which releases free radicals that cause our cells to age. Shapprell dallas counteracts this with alkaline foods (plant-based), but if she chose plant proteins, it would be of great benefit to her body. Sausage and red meat are just as carcinogenic as smoking (source: WHO studies).

@@chantallxvx4102it's weird how some of yall try to discredit melanin. Deeper melanin plays a huge part as to why Black people (whether we work out or not) typically look younger than non-Black people. That's a fact, PERIOD no matter how much it bothers you.

All animal products acidify the body, are contaminated with antibiotic-resistant germs, antibiotic residues, drug residues, purines, arachidonic acid, stress hormones, growth hormones and cholesterol. Cholesterols are found only and exclusively in animal products and block the arteries with cholesterol plaque deposits, which lead to cardiovascular diseases, arteriosclerosis, heart attacks, stroke, dementia, diabetes and bone decalcification, as they are metabolized acidically and the body needs a lot of minerals to keep the blood at a certain pH value vitally. Most of the oldest healthiest people in the world live in the blue zones and live meat-free, plant-based. Google blue zones nutrition.

At 52, Chael shows us that consistency is key. Avoiding red meat, soda, and processed foods can reduce inflammation and promote healthier aging. Small, mindful changes can lead to long-lasting vitality
