Gonna start off by saying the trader joes soyrizo is the best premade store bought plant based mock-chorizo. I usually make tacos from it, but more often I made a sweet potato/russet potato soyrizo hash 🙏🏼
@rachellemckeown33329 ай бұрын
Caitlin Shoemaker has an awesome recipe for chili on her blog using this exact same soyrizo! I frickin love it because it already has so much flavor in it. I will have to try it in tacos or make a breakfast burrito with it some time

For soy chorizo you can try like scrambled "eggs" with chorizo, that is the way we eat it on Mexico, also with beans or in tacos is delicious, just some ideas :) Have a great day!

Nimai gives me faith. We are all deep down ultra-processed high-carb green bulky vegan believers. But we think "whole foods" vegan and think-- hey that's me. I'm a whole foods vegan when I'm not microwaving my meals into an eternity of Trader Joe's diet meals. Me fricking too.

Super helpful video. Just went out today and purchased some of these items you suggested. I did notice though that the edamame macros you mentioned were incorrect. It’s actually roughly 30 grams of protein per package, not per 1/2 cup. 1/2 cup has 9g of protein. Really enjoyed this type of content. Would love more videos like this.
