Genuine suggestion: add a small section of pure quietness into parts of the video. I enjoy your enthusiasm and knowledge, which is one of the main reasons I watch your content, but it is overwhelming to hear you talk throughout the entire 17-minute-long video. It would be much better if you could allow sections of peacefulness possibly just the cooking, or some satisfying clips, it would definitely help alleviate this overwhelming feeling and improve the quality of your videos. Thank you very much fo your effort!

实际热量应该没有那么多,按规矩算热量的时候是采用可食用部分,视频里面用的是带骨的,还可以再算算。

I love my air fryer cause u can use it to toast bread, or even boil ramen eggs (not perfect but close with partial runny yolk), i dont need to boil the water before i cook the egg this saves me time when my stove is boiling soup or noodles or other stuff. Air fryer also great for frozen goods such as nuggets and fries. What else great about air fryer is you dont have to waste a whole pot of oil especially if u r planning to cook smaller amount, not to mention the hassle of disposal of used fying oil. Not to mention it save electricity and its fast. Of course if u r frying stuff in bulk, the size pf air fryer is definitely the issue that people like u who runs a restaurant would not like it, otherwise the pros r definitely more than cons.
