Last known location may not be good enough. I lost my drone power on a windy day at about 300ft high. I have the location for where that happened but I'm not able to find it in the thick brush. I think a ruko r111 is a better bet as a finder, in combination with what you are showing here.

The main power must have cut out.Correct me if I'm wrong, but this will not transmit gps co-ordinates to the radio after losing main power because the elrs transmitter and flight controller don't have power? I have my last known co-ordinates but from 300 ft on a windy day in an area of heavy dense brush so it won't help enough. I bought a Ruko r111 for my new drone and I'm hoping that is a better option in a case like I had happen.

Well, this video answered a lot of questions about my new Zorro that I came here... not looking for. 😉 What I'm _actually_ trying to do is set up a small scratch built model airplane. I could have had these throws, Rates, and Expo done in 5 minutes on my FlySky Tx. Zorro... not so much. That was what I was really hoping you'd cover. Does the Zorro even _have_ subtrim? Need to limit range on elevator and rudder or they may get damaged. Not to mention over-control issues. And just slow down the rates for smooth handling.

great video, i have been using the lua script for some time and it was working great, for some reason when i hit my telemetry button on my radio, it brings up the viewer but no gps shows, if i run the GPSX9L lua script from the system page, its pulling all my gps stats? anyone have any idea what would cause this?

Thank you. I am lucky enough to have a friend that just gave me his tx16s. Its pretty mint condition minus just the sc+sd switch broke so just need to replace that but its great to learn how modular it is in regards to parts replacement and upgrades. Im definitely upgrading to v4.0 halls . I dont have the funds for the one you got but this video still educated me biggggg time. Thank you soooooo much. I am a complete noob to this. I just got into thia yesterday and was blessed with what i think is the best controller to start me off. Im looking to start with drone simulators and learning this controller then ill eventually build the drone itself. But this gives me time to save while i learn to pilot. Mahalo for the video🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Great explanation, but I was also looking for information on the downlink. Because the crossfire downlink is much lower power. So if your downlink drops out, you won't get anything telemetry on your transmitter, i.e. no data on uplink quality.

I just purchased a tx16s. Bog standard, brand new. I bound it to my quadcopter but my range in betaflight receiver is 1184 to 1850 on all channels. rxrange in cli doesn't modify anything. All my channels in the model setting are set to 100. My midpoint in the receiver tab is dead on 1500. Really struggling with this. I can't go past 100 in the output menu.
