Freon yes, you have to vacuum the system and recharge it with freon.

Not unless you are running an electric boost controller to regulate boost.. since I was only running spring pressure a manual boost controller works fine to regulate boost.

I sold the car to a friend and gave him a Vtec head with it.. i never had plans to run vtec head i don't think is needed on this cars unless you want to make 800+whp.. I made 600whp on a Straight LS before and that was fast enough for me.. The transmission becomes the weak point after those power levels.. What really opens the power on LS motors is some Crower 404 cams and dual springs and reatiners to be able to run them, skunk2 intake manifold and 68mm throttle body.. with those mods the LS head flows good enough to compete with any vtec head.

16psi on this set up is right around 380whp.. because at 18psi a very similar set up i had made 408whp and at 22psi made 455whp.

Lighting hit their time system so no times or tree was working.. they have one on order and should be there in 3 weeks i was told.. so no idea of my time.. i did not ran it much for that same reason, no idea what it ran.

Next time i go, i will raise the boost and get some race fuel and see what it does.

@@josephdirte9015 was not trying to kill the clutch or transmission without times.. basically i ran it for fun.. but it is definitely not no 14sec car.. i can easily pull on scat packs, 5.0 mustangs and ls3 vetts on the streets easily.. this thing pulls hard at just 15.8psi. Suprises many people.

@civicpride1986 I'm having same problem on a 1999 Ford f350 V10 supercharged running rich can figure it out I have changed everything have you tried your coolant sensor

@@twinscrew9.047 yes, i Try so much that i gave up on it.. i change also even the engine harness, different injectors, regulators, ecu and everything possible to fix the issue and nothing work.. the good thing is my issue was only at idle and not while driving.. even my tuner had no idea what could be.

Emusa cast manifold.. make sure the manifold has the wastegate position on the center top, that is the manifold i use for this build.

Custom, with ebay parts mainly.. cast emusa manifold, jdmsport t3 turbo and custom downpipe to clear ac compressor, ebay piping and intercooler.. grams fuel injectors and fuel pump and hondata s300.

Stage 3 all motor cams, but work great on boost. Crower 404s.

Jason water tuning or ebtec in Atlanta are probably the best honda tuners around here.. they are worth the drive..

Yea made great power.. i sold the Eg hatchback and now have a coupe same set up, just running Na for now.. LS engines are great and underrated because of the no vtec, but when done right they make great power.

Any of the ebay cheap cast manifold will work... but only some turbos fit with the manifold to keep ac.. you can run up to a 3 inch downpipe on that manifold and right turbo..

Yea thats the plan to keep it stock and no the civic now has the build engine i had on my hatch on it, 3 inch exhaust is on the way and soon will get boosted again on the same turbo set up i had on the hatch..

Thats the plan, that will be hard for me to do since i am use to modifying everything, but i feel this car handles already amazing and has decent power for stock..

If you can definitely pick up another one while you can still find them at decent prices in good condition... i regret not buying it sooner, because i could had purchase this same car for cheaper 3 or so years ago.

@@civicpride1986 that's what I'm trying to do I'm currently trying to sell me gto and my quad to get one. I sold my s2k with 120k for 14k bone stock like yours a couple years ago and now one with the same mileage goes for like 20-25k it's insane

@@AntonioEscobedononidajesus_ Yea and i dont see the prices dropping anymore, specially since honda will never release another one.. the pure driving experience of the S2k is what will make the prices to continue to rise.. Go for the Ap2 if you buy another, they did enough changes to make it better.. other then the redline.

I had it going to a catch can and then later deleted it.. no need for it after having the valve cover set up with 2 10an lines vented to a catch can.

Sadly the issue was never fix, never found out what cause it..
