I watched this video, when it came out and i was on my first trimester, amd that could have been my 3rd child. Unfortunately, Dr's took too long to starts the meds and IV's i lost that pregnancy but this helped me so much through a difficult time. Both those meds and IV's helped me to feel a but human. I do wish to have another child but too scared

I have not been able to do anything this whole other than throw up and sleep. My cousin asked how it is going, but when I told her she said "that's so cute" 😶 started medication when I reached 24h without keeping anything (even water) in my body. I haven't thrown up since put am still very weak and cannot do anything but lay down. I am scared to go back to work in a few days😢

This was posted a few years ago but I hope you know that they have since done meta analysis on Zofran and have found that it does not pose a risk at all within the first trimester of use. The HERS foundation is pushing to get dr's to stop not recommending it but it's proving to be not easy because of that one study that actually ended up not even being a quality one and it has never been reproduced to show that it causes birth defects

i m 12 weeks i have excess saliva from day one constantly spitting cant stand it anymore my stomach wont digest anything!!! really hurts and i have constipation also!!really a horrible pregnancy!!!!!! when did your symptoms stop?

I have this. I’m from the US and I was prescribed Zofran and told to take Vitamin B6 and unisom doxylamine 3 times a day. I was told to take the Zofran if the vitamin and antihistamine doesn’t work. I also have to snack every 2-3 hours or else the nausea comes through. And I can’t drink large amounts of fluids either so I’m constantly sipping throughout the day. I also have to take a nap in the middle of the day and that helps.

I had preeclampsia at 37 weeks with all symptoms .my baby boy born with 1.850 kg weight. But he was ok with health . Now he is 4 yrs school going kid

Thanks for this video and sharing your experience. My wife is currently going through this severe nausea and commuting phase. She is in her week 13 now. This is our 2nd baby. She is a very lively and energetic person. Seeing her bedridden is deteriorating. I wish she will feel better by the end of first trimester. It is hard for any ladies to go over this. Salute to all mothers who sustained and passed through this hell to bring another soul into earth. It needs immense courage and determination. Thank you all!

Eu e minha esposa moramos na Austrália e antes da nossa princesa nascer nos notamos que os filhos das brasileiros q conheciamos só falavam inglês com os pais, alguns até entendiam o português mas não falavam. Então decidimos que só falariamos português com nossa filha, pois o ingles viria naturalmente. Hoje ela esta com 2,5 anos e fala tudo em português e algumas palavras em inglês que ela aprende no day care. Por enquanto o plano esta funcionando.

Going through this right now at 7 weeks…I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Even when I’m not puking, I’m nauseous all day everyday. I have become bed bound because I lack the energy to do anything at all. I’ve been put on several different medications and none seem to help. All I can do is hope it goes away in the second trimester

I lost my baby on November 23, 2023. I was 10 weeks pregnant after a round of IVF and a life of infertility. I was alone as my partner was traveling for work. I never felt so alone in my life after that, specially when he travels again. I feel that the pain will never stop

Yea, I'm currently 3 months and my doctor prescribed me promethazine for my nausea. But this nausea here is way different because I can't hold anything even if I try the brat diet, nope!! So idk I as for a refill, so I hope this works this time n not take long to kick in.

I’ve gotten so many different medications and I’m still in that dark place locked away in my house. When you said I shouldn’t feel like a burden I definitely felt that. I have been feeling soo down and I’m only 17weeks. I still can’t eat much but I’m eating a little more than before 🥹thank you

I'm at 15 weeks. My doctor prescribed zofran and phenergan, neither of which are helping. The ER refused to do anything. They wouldn't do an IV, instead they prescribed Reglan and told me to eat ice chips at home to replenish fluids. A different doctor ordered weekly IV fluids 3 weeks ago and they still have not approved the referral. My fiance is in the military and currently in a different state and i had to leave my job because they werent willing to work with me in any way. My doctor still keeps calling it morning sickness, I've thrown up 3 times today from taking sips of gatorade. This is one of the scariest experiences of my life.

Thank you dear, it was very useful to hear,👐 however I am still not sure what to do. I have low PaP-A protein in my blood. So the placenta needs to work harder to nurture my little babay. (Week 14 now) I had none of the other symptoms really. And I have been put on 150mg aspirin. This is the UK, England, btw. 😒 Occasionally I have strong headaches. Twice in 2 weeks now. I am waiting to see the obstetrician as now I was told to do a bit more checks and scans at the hospital. I really don't want to take medication while pregnant, especially that my baby should be alright in size so far. Not sure. I work from home as an admin, sitting a lit, I believe some time off would help me increase my anyway low blood pressure, and circulation in the placenta. But Im just waiting to see doc. to discuss it. I read research from US about preeclamsia and low dose apsirin but no evidence that islt help with people with moderate risk factors, they rather delivery fine anyway. Since they told me to take Aspirin (which Im not doing), I am just more worried, I have no longer nice dreams with my baby, as used to have prior that announcement. I do meditation for anxiety again, and I pray to god and the universe to help my baby and me to stay healthy and safe. ❤😊
