Ragdolling is complete disingenuous considering we all know Itachi told Sasuke to hold back massively that whole fight and to only play defensively. They both state that at anytime the could have killed kabuto. The oral rebirth can't be spammed. Oruchmaru isn't outspeeding the amaterasu so he'll get tagged and burnt a few times before dying. Sasuke can just overpower his curse marks like he did against danzo, his resistant to all poisons thanks to oruchmaru's own help. He just doesn't have the speed feats to compete with this version of Sasuke who knows oruchmaru's aresnel inside out by this point. Hell his genjutsu can just do what Itachi or Sasuke himself did to him all over again

Oral Rebirth very much can be spammed as Orochimaru's reserves of chakra are very much considerable, it simply can't be spammed during the 4 tails fight due to his nerfs. Kabuto, pre-sage mode had the chakra to raise an army of kage, Akatsuki and other legendary nin during the war. Yet, was still coveting the potent slivers of chakra Oro had stored in his curse marks. Hell, to even learn sage mode, you need a massive store of chakra, which Oro made progress in learning, but lacked a body that could take it. He also doesn't necessarily have to use rebirth to neg Amaterasu. He was quite prone to using other forms of substitution and clone jutsu before getting his powers sealed. He could slither behind obstacles in the terrain, create cover with earth release, travel underground or through the environment like he did in the forest of death, block it with clones until Sasuke is blind or exhausted, etc. Orochimaru's curse marks are fundamentally different to Danzos. This doesn't apply. There's even a 1 in 10 chance of surviving it in the first place. Guruguru Yamato was stunned by Oro's curse mark, albeit briefly. Although, I would argue that he only warded it off due to being a zetsu, and thus already accustomed to nature energy. Speed is neither here nor there, and knows his arsenal inside and out? Oro didn't have his full arsenal until he was revived in the war arc, so that point is moot.

Shes certainly jonin level. But I wouldn't say kage. She needed quite a bit of help vs sasori and the pain animals are kind of weird to scale. Maybe by the war arc but base Sakura would still be a tough sell

Absolutely not. Naruto surpasses Jiraiya wehn he fights pain. This is stated several times. Even if you don't belive that version fo Naruto scales above Jiraiya. KCM1 absolutely does. Sasuke surpasses Orochimaru in the FKS seeing how his genjutsu has improved to a degree that he can put both Danzo and C in one. Not to mention Susssano'o deals with anything he has. Final nail in the coffin is that Karin states that his charka has reach bijuu levels. The only bijuu Karin has seen in action is the eight tails. As for Sakura you are right that she only surpasses her in the 4th war.

A video dedicated to Sakura and Tsunade underutilized ninjutsu would be a good video, the data books list them with chakra natures they never use. In Tsunade's case stopped using, with the Byakugou Seal their ninjutsu alongside the usage of chakra nature changes should've and would've been cracked.
