Hello, I’ve been scouring the web for solutions and am struggling. I’m a US citizen wanting to move to Japan in 2 years, however I have a misdemeanor for weed about 10 years ago. No jail time or anything but what route options are available? I know Japan is SUPER strict but I have to explore all options. I’m in Arkansas so I can’t have it expunged but can have it sealed. (Sealed records still show up on FBI background which I think* you have to do for any visas) is it possible IF you can find an employment sponsor, can you move? Any options even if it requires more work is appreciated

Congratulations, you two. Harblife, thank you for your videos. Because of you, I knew about the Suica before Japan was about to halt production due to the chip shortage. How to catch the trains in Tokyo. How to use Google maps, etc. Thank you. 🙏🏽❤️

So happy to hear you will be back in Tokyo. In the mean time probably make a video about getting married in Japan as a foreign couple since you said it wasn't easy.😉

Another Aussie here. It may seem overwhelming now, but there are lots of KZbin videos which are very helpful. And when you get there, people are very polite. They will do their best to help you even if they can't speak much English. Many train stations have someone to help. Google Maps on your phone is excellent for telling you which trains to catch and even which carriage to get onto for faster transfers. And get a SIM card. Klook and others have options before you go. They're worth the money even though you will find free wifi in a lot of places. I was there last year and I loved it so much I'm going again in a week. Enjoy your trip!
