I wish you had taken your analysis further. You brushed off a WHOLE LOT of details that would have changed. The battle of the wildling, the great war against the whites, the journey beyond the wall, all sorts of stuff you could have talked about. How would he have felt with mance? He could have been more influential in gathering northern forces to either save or crush the wildling army. What about forces loyal to the Targaryians such as the Tarleys, having the literal Targaryian heir out and exposed may have changed the show in many ways too. Perhaps Danny would have come to fight alongside the relatives. You skipped a lot of potential stuff and it's a big shame.
