1 in 3 people worldwide have iron deficiency. I used to talk to my doctors about fatigue, heart palpitations, dizziness and vertigo. They never helped me. I did my own full iron panel through labcorp and boom... there it is ... saturation 15, ferritin 19.... everything else normal... I do need to lose a few more pounds.. walking helps my circulation, i have yet to figure my iron out bc I don't have a doctor

The correct ratio for calculating the waist-to-hip ratio is waist measurement divided by hip measurement (waist/hip).

Hey Doc... Have the exact issue (a mystery until now) with my two middle fingers. Have had both fingernails removed several times. Also, hair loss on legs and what looks like extra vein formation. I have a sedentary job. I'm turning 60 this year hopefully it's not too late to turn this ship around. Thanks, as always.

It sounds like there may be several factors at play with your symptoms, including poor circulation and possible cardiovascular concerns. Given the hair loss on your legs, extra vein formation, and nail issues, it may be helpful to run the StephenCabral.com/Hormones-Test-1 to assess thyroid and adrenal function, as well as the StephenCabral.com/Omega-test-1 to check for inflammation. Additionally, improving circulation through regular movement, even with a sedentary job, can be incredibly beneficial.

CHeck out KZbin videos from stopchasingpain dr Perry Nickelson ( cant remember his last name for sure ) but he talks about getting lymphatic system working since it doesn’t have its own pump like heart etc. it helps get the infection type of garbage out of our system. He shows how to get it moving. He calls it the big six. People also talk about using a rebounder aka little trampoline to make our bodies get movement but not so hard on knees etc. good luck
