If you still have your protocol I’d be keen to have a look at what kind of time I’ll need to carve away from work and family to have success

It’s very basic the first few weeks. I don’t have the protocol, but just follow whatever your physio says. Seems to be a standardized training program

Love your ski videos so much but.....a global warming mentality is cause some to experience true admitted mental illness. Exactly what a waste to not use sleds or helis when your a pro skier 🤯! Buy some freaking carbon credits if it bothers you that much man! Do you still take flights? Like just stay home and don’t buy all this gear that is made with petroleum when you can just ski used gear from the 80s. Planet saved lol

you said that with all you old techbindings you had problems with ice under the toe, i see what you mean on the classic dynafit but on g3 you can just put your pole "under" the mechanism and remove ice and snow...

Hey Nico, you says that the draco are a revolution but why didn't you tried the ferox freebird before ? Aren't they very similar ?

Hi, on paper they're similar, but they're very different on snow. The ferox only likes small little turns, whereas the Draco can do it all
