The last argument doesn’t really resonates with me: “Don’t use hands because you might need them later”? Are you going to punch bricks or humans? If that is truth you would expect a VERY high probability of broken hands in street fighting / UFC. Yes, there is a very low chance BUT it’s highly overestimated by this person/system.

Won't work in real / street fights. No thanks, I will just use my elbows instead.

The guinea pig's reactions to the blows are dramatic. Also, the way he stands straight up is not a balanced stance. A child could push him back. Ultimately, this presentation is a good sell.😂

without rear weighting can't generate true power of hsing-i. Where is the stamping and same hand double punching? His stances are way too deep.

Why would they practice hitting at the pad side-to-side, while in actuality you would want to hit the straight?

Crazy (impressive) to see Mr. Fong steal partners spine balance with a DIRECT center attack. Like hes pushing through their spine structure from their chest with pure acceleration and alignment.

In a fight, the winner goes to jail and pays not only for a defense attorney, but also the medical bills of the loser, once he sues the winner. This lesson on de-escalation and "appearances" is vital information for every self-defender.

Such profound and insightful words from Sifu Francis Fong at the conclusion of the demonstration (11:00 min), where he elucidates the qualities of a good teacher. He emphasises that a true teacher should always remain open to learning from their students, embodying humility and a continuous quest for knowledge. This is a crucial reminder for all of us in the martial arts community. Thanks Kevin.
