Ingredients

40g okara powder
50g lakanto
15g cocoa powder
1 egg
180 ml milk (almond milk or soy milk is also OK)
3 chocolate effects (72%)

Instructions

1, In a bowl, combine 40g okara powder, 50g lakanto, 15g cocoa powder and mix well.
2, Crack 1 egg into another bowl, add 180 ml of milk and mix well.
3, Pour the egg mixture into the bowl of 1 in 3 batches and mix well until there is no powdery texture.
4, Line a baking paper in a microwave-safe container, pour in the batter, and microwave at 500W for 4 to 5 minutes.
(Please check the condition of the dough and heat it additionally.)
5, Take out, cool, and cut into desired shapes.
6, Heat 3 pieces of Chocolate Effect 72% cacao in the microwave to melt and attach to the top.
7, Cool in a refrigerator and harden before serving.
