Personally,I've come to the following conclusions: For fancy swinging-less than 300gms and 21 inches so that you don't hit your chin when you perform a circle backward and forward with your arms straight in front of you; between 1 to 2kgs and again below 21 inches for open arm British military style; between 3 to 4 kgs and below 26 inches so that you can clear the ground with the clubs hanging down on straight arms on the sides for closed arm styles aka Indian and Persian pehelwani. The choices might differ depending upon one's size, goals and expertise. Thank you for your video. You certainly are the king of clubs. Keep swinging.

I love all the content you produce! Could you upload a template/blueprint of your favorite club so I can give that to a local woodturner.

Outstanding video for a comprehensive education in club swinging. This intense lesson can be used in your seminars. I love the background at Indian Clubs World Tour Headquarters :) Honestly the best instructional club swinging video that I have ever seen.

With club swinging it appears to be very similar to exercising with power bands. The more you extend them the heavier the resistance, and as you bring your hands and feet closer together, it lowers the resistance in gradual increments.

Awesome video as usual Paul. Thanks again for all you do for us club swingers. It must be a tremendous amount of work to put together these tutorials. I would really like to hear you talk about how the shape of the club influences the way it swings.

Hi Wesley, Thanks for commenting. I'm kind of isolated here in West Australia, so it's my way of talking to everyone, glad you enjoy the content. I love your question, that is a video on it's own. I touch on that subject with diagrams in my Anatomy of an Indian Club, you can download it here by following this link:- clika.pe/l/2541/44448/

Interesting video, do you have the profile dimensions for the 20" club available? That would be a fun lathe project.
