Thank you so much for these exercises. I have osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and spondylitis of the neck, low back, right knee and left foot. After starting with 3, then 5 repetitions, my mornings are no longer painful. Now, I have more range of movement and more energy too. I hope this will be encouraging for other people too :-)

I'm 56 years old. I've had SO many issues with my hips and knees for years. In fact, it's kept me from pursuing a dance career in my 20's. This information is SO helpful! Now I teach fitness every day (push past some pain-but do it anyway). MOTION definitely IS LOTION! Thank you Dr. Furlan (for helping me and others to keep on dancing!). I hope my Old School Dance Fitness for people over 50 can help others get some of this "LOTION" and some fun. DANCE every day for good mental and physical health! Even if you dance in your chair-the movement is important!

You don’t understand how motivating this comment was. I’m 24 and I started suffering from knee osteoarthritis since I was 22 and the problem is I was a workout junkie since I was 11 I rarely missed a day not working out. Since the pain started keeping me away from even walking a little bit my mental health started deteriorating and my fear of losing my shape started to kick in. Your comment made me hopeful that I can compact it and go back to my old life

This is without a doubt the most valuable of all, and I mean ALL, of the hip/leg videos I have seen. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I’ve been dealing with excruciating hip/outside knee pain for months. I’m under the care of a great doctor. This series of exercises finally put everything together in a way I can manage. ✨💖✨

Thank you so much dear Dr.Andrea Furlan , I was doing your exercises for the first time because I had chronic pain in my right hip and knee ..and as I had completed the warm up exercises 90 percent of my pain vanished ..I can't thank you enough for sharing such helpful advice for my chronic pain and that too free of cost which even medicines could not help m me ..will do all the exercises given by you in this video Thank you once again and God Bless you Abundantly!!❤️

Im an 46 years old. The arthritis has shockingly riddled my body (didn’t know that sugar is also a trigger for arthritis). I found your stretches and WOW!!! They are simple enough to ease so much of my stiffness and yet TELLING ENOUGH to say “girl, you need to stretch much more often! Thank you for this! Life changing for sure

Hello dr. Furlan. I saw your video accidentally i am 45 yrs old and my doctor says that my knee joint is reducing its fluid. Is it true that the possible cause of it because i started having premenopausal injection year 2013 to 2018. Bec i suffered once with chocolate cyst thats why my.right.ovary was removed. And to avoid that it.might happen again bec i was still younger before being.menopause n stop menstrating, i suspected that my 5 year treatment.injection might be the cause of running out.of fluid. Please help me with my condition. Everyday my knee aches.with prolong standing n heavy chores at.home. what can i do pls help me. Thank you. From Philippines.

This is to thank you for showing the 6 lubrication exercises one should b doing before getting out of bed in the morning to warmup your joints. I am doing them every morning in bed.They have helped a lot just in 10 days.Now I’m comfortable and confident getting out of bed in the morning. Dr Andrea thanks once again.

I wish the good doctor would use an actual OA patient and we see the challenges faced by someone who has the disease. Movements done by her look easy but people with OA esp of knees can't really do squats.

As I searched for exercises for OA in knees and hip I discovered you. I’m impressed with your thoroughness and soft spoken tone. I will incorporate these exercises in my daily routine and report back to you in a month. I’m not in need of knee or hip replacement however I do need to strengthen the muscles around my knee and hips. Thank you 🙏🏽

I need to strengthen the surrounding muscles of my knee as well, have osteoarthritis I'm 24 had surgery about 2 years ago and I tore all the surrounding ligaments and tendons in my knee and I'm still having problems with it there's a lot of exercises I can't do but this one seems really easy on the knees.i agree with you.

Thank you Dr. Andrea Furlan These exercises are really really work very well. It looks simple easy to do but it is very effective. My left knee is in pain for months. I had a hard time walking ( I thought I have to get walker to support me) and it is painful every time when I want to move my leg while I'm lying down I found this video by accident. Right on the first day by follow these exercise my knee pain was gone by 80 percent. I can walk up and down stairs better and faster than before. I can be active again Thank you for your kindness to produce these exercises video and share with us. Wish you good health forever. Truly appreciate

Dr I was checking for some exercises as after my menopause I have been having pain all over around my hips and knees and sometimes it was quite unbearable. It is not clear if you are using ankle weights for all the exercises

Just for the exercises that I need to move the legs. But you can use all the time. Sometimes I put the ankle weights when I wake up, and remove them in the afternoon. So, I do some extra workout during my daily routine.

This video is just about the best I've ever watched and easy to follow. I've suffered years of agonizing lower lumbar pain, back of my legs pain, knee pain, hip pain etc. I was willing to try anything physical but not drugs and only after doing these exercises for 3 days the pain became lesser. The first week was an absolute amazing. My pains went away and could not been happier. I'm able to walk farther distances now. Thank you so very much for sharing. ❤👍❤

Peace upon you Dr. Furlan I am 58 yrs old, obase 152/ 100 kg thank Allah I move walk and can climb a stairs. Surely I have problems with my knees lately some with my lower back. Thank you for showing me exercises for my painful knee's with OsteoArthritis and I also have lower back pain. Walking lately has been more painful lately. I need to do these exercises I wish I had a video tape so I could watch it in the morning and follow through with the rest of the exercises but I can't remember all of them and it's mainly the ones for in the a.m. before I get out of bed. I'm gonna try and remember some of them it's too difficult to remember all I need to do before getting out of bed cause I think that it would help me tremendously. Thank you!

Thank you very much Dr! I do have severe pains in my knees but my X-ray showed more arthritis in my hips than my knees. I had few Injections periodly,eases a bit but still struggling. I just watch your video & sure will try your exercises CZ I really preferred not to have hip or knee replacement unless necessary. Thanks for sharing your knowledge helping us all. 🙏🙏🙏 God Bless You.

Perfect lesson and clear explanation. In the prone position, a strap or a support can be used to stretch the quadriceps if you cannot catch the foot with your hand. thank you

I found these exercises after experiencing a bout of serious knee pain from Osteoarthritis over a year ago, showed them to the physiotherapist - they were surprised how well and quickly my knee responded to doing these exercises. I am now on the road to getting a knee replacement and doing these exercises daily has helped greatly in getting ready for this life changing event.
