very very useful video. can you also do HIIT, Cardio versions of yoga?

anushka t s Hi Anushka thanks :). Sure. Actually my own practice does consist of some Cardio yoga moves but I have been unsure if people want to see these :)

Hi Bharti, do you also recommend quitting caffeine as is recommended by other yoga gurus?

Hi Saurabh, I am personally more of a tea person and I do not have coffee at all but I feel even coffee in moderation is alright. Since it dehydrates the body, you should have enough water to stay hydrated.
