I have prolapse uterus now for 12 years. I was using a pessary but the last size will only hold the uterus by tilting sideways . Better than nothing. I had 18 months of acupuncture and Chinese herbs with a traditional Chinese lady trained in China. It worked for a while but 18 months should have been 9 months was enough especially the needles. No pessary for 6 months now it's testing me. In Chinese medicine good spleen energy holds organs up. Also taking astragalus herb infusion daily, also in Chinese medicine for uterus. I hope your tight abbs exercise will help me. Thank you Margaret. I must get back to your weights exercises too. Thanks lots and keep safe.

I’ve been working with a physical therapist with this exact exercise to strengthening my abdominal muscles and it has helped relieve my lower back pain. I love your book! I like that it explains every step and is so easy to follow. Thank you Margaret ❤

Would a cesarean impact abdominal muscles even 35 years later, or are the muscles repaired by a certain amount of time?

Muscles are repaired within a year. The muscles have been cut so you won't be the exact same as before.
