Don’t give up people! A year and a half ago I started doing Caroline’s workout videos. I am shocked at how much strength I’ve gained in that time. Before I couldn’t do the 1 slow push-up…I could get down then couldn’t get back up. So I’d start over and go down slowly and collapse at the bottom. Now I can do it properly, raising back up and I was amazed! Stick with it, keep going even on the days you feel like a weak failure (like I did/do at times), you will be so glad you did!

Exactly, the way she does every kind of exercise there is does not cease to amaze me. We are getting to know all kind of fitness tendencies that we had no idea existed while we were all repeating the same boring routines in the gym, with no results, obviously, since are bodies get used to the same thing and there are never any changes.

Isn’t she fantastic?? Betsy KZbin exerciser (is that even a word??!!😜) for sure!! So happy I came across her a few months ago!! I have been a regular exerciser for about 25 yrs (significant time off at times for major injuries and illnesses!)... running, yoga and weights at the gym..... I have never seen the progress that I have made In the 5-6 months that I have been following Caroline. I am even thinking of cancelling my gym membership (haven’t been since the COVID in March), which is something no one who knows me ever thought I would entertain doing!! Thank you, Caroline! 💖💖

In the month of December I have decided to workout with weights only twice a week (1 lower body and 1 upper body) and the other three days I do some of your body weight workouts or your hiit. This was my very first workout after the stupid virus (mild symptoms). I cannot tell you how much I missed working out, especially that I was in the middle of the Epic program. This low impact workout felt like a hundred HIIT. I lost so much strenght, endurance during these weeks but my body remembers and I am more motivated than ever. What a luck for the community that Caroline has not got the virus in these last couple of months... so we have got these workouts!!!! :) :) :) Take care, Caroline, take care all of you!

imma be honest... that was like the first time that I actually really enjoyed doing the exercises themselves! I have really shitty coordination, but it's so much fun. I loved this one!! Also, I really appreciate the beeps during the stretching. I always had difficulty following along because I couldn't see when you changed position easily! I've been doing Caroline's programs for about 2 years now. That allows me to notice the evolution in strength and also in the mirror. 😍 But every once in a while I like to get back to basics. Only me and my body, focusing on balance and good form... There is still room for improvement, of course, but it feels even better to notice the diference between now and 2 years ago. 🤗 This is such a good sweaty workout. Definitelly a keeper. 😊 P.S. - Don't be fooled by the "no equipment" and "low impact" title. This is a bomb! 🔥💪🦵

It is like working out with a personal trainer . You are one of the two best fitness experts on KZbin ( The other for me is Dr. Daniel Gartner) and there is something about you that commands trust and respect . It is very clear that you both know what you are doing and are not here for millions of subscribers or clickbait .Please work on an app too , coz I am buying . ❤️

I miss your workouts.... managed to do them with variations until 26 weeks pregnant and had to stop then, pelvic pain got the best of me lol. 29 weeks now and can't wait to go back to these in few months time :)

So freakin creative! I love it!! It’s not always about muscle’n ur way to shape, it’s about balance and neuromuscular strength. I lost my balance a few times which means I need more of this. Great idea!! All around coach!! Thank you!!💜

I kind of missed the one hour workout, and since I took Thursday as a day off, I decided to go with this full body 1 h calisthenics. Wonderful, I loved it - pretty tough on the upper body - triceps feel toast :)))) loved all legs combinations and abs all the way! Have a beautiful weekend!

Thank you again Caroline! I absolutely loved this one please do more callisthenics based workouts! I know all bodyweight training helps with callithenics but I really enjoyed the moves in this, an intense bodyweight/callisthenics workout with some more challenging/advanced movements would be amazing ;)

Wow! This workout great, although definitely more challenging than I anticipated. I felt empowered abs stronger, as there were so many moves I know I could’ve have never done prior to beginning @CarolineGirvan’s workouts earlier this year, particularly the EPIC program! Done! 🎉 I listened to my body, to my breath, and made some variations : instead of push-ups I stayed in child pose😂. I liked a lot all the balance poses, they were the best part. Thank you so much Caroline ❤❤❤
