Wow, Desiree, this was incredible! My bf tried alongside me and he cut out at minute 40. 😉 This is truly hard, and so fun, and awesome! I remember when I used to follow Mari Windsor’s DVDs, she said a client brought a Navy Seal to the class, and he scoffed at this “ladies” workout class. Shortly he had to take off his shirt, he was sweating so much. 😂 That’s what your workouts are like! I love strengthening and lengthening those tiny interconnective muscles. At the same time, it is meditative and hypnotic! Thanks so much, Desiree, for being you and sharing of yourself. I feel like you have a gift with the body and with movement, an intuitive understanding. You’re a healer, like the old medicine women. ❤️

Very. Nice workout, Burned 110 cals so no where near 600 cals. Worked muscles surprisingly. Hurt my back so can’t do my weight training or Taebo. This was lovely for working core and stretching for sure. 😊

H Desirée. Came back to this one today and didn't feel the hour pass (the side part is still my weaker point) !!!! I had switched to some other videos to make sure my body wouldn't get too used to your workouts as I am trying to move every single day or at least 5 times a week ;)) I havn't tried your Christmas Holiday Challenge though. I always feel that less than 45 mn is not as effective or just doesn't give me enough time to warm up to avoid injuries (maybe wrongly ?) Have a great day yourself :)

You’re probably taking a lot of tension in your neck. Try doing a reverse tabletop and be sure you can turn your head freely side to side. 👍🏼

The amount of calories burned is different for everyone…that’s why it say “burn UP TO 600 calories.” I always use a very common estimate of 100 calories per 10 minutes. 👍🏼

A lot of people think Pilates is “too easy.” But those are the people who aren’t working correctly. I’ve been doing Pilates for basically my whole life and I still find it challenging and I still get sore, which is a good thing! It means I’m doing it right and working correctly! 😉😉😉
